Why Juggling?
Juggling has been proven to increase grey matter in the brain & eye-hand coordination making it a great cross training exercise for all sports. Our world class instructors not only teach you how to juggle, but also how to break down challenges into small manageable steps.
Special Guests
The Flying Karamazov Brothers
The Flying Karamazov Brothers will be teaching a workshop on the relationship between music and juggling. Members of the troupe will discuss the rhythm components of toss juggling and the notations used to describe it.
The World Juggling Federation
The World Juggling Federation launched their organization in 2004 with a six-day convention and five-program broadcast on ESPN 2 hosted by Penn Jillette of Penn & Teller. The goal of the organization is to promote the sport of juggling while increasing the skill level world-wide. In July of 2011, the WJF made history again by being
